The Shock Trauma Acute Unit is one of 12 units in the world renowned R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center. With PARC designation, the STC provides challenging care of the most critically ill patients in Maryland who have sustained multiple traumatic injuries or a severe life-threatening single system injury. This unit is providing care for patients who have transferred from trauma critical care, IMC or PACU.

What You Need to Be Successful:
Qualifications:
Prior RN acute patient care experience is REQUIRED, especially in trauma care or med/surg. BSN preferred.
Nursing Graduate positions are filled and not available at this time.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland, or eligible to practice due to compact state requirements outlined by the Maryland Board of Nursing
