What You Will Do:
Solid Organ Transplant Post Graduate Fellowship: New Program- 9 month immersion that focuses interested candidates in solid organ transplantation, liver failure and pre transplantation, post liver transplantation as well as pre and post operative kidney and pancreas management. The fellows will be expected to commit to 2 year employment at UMMC’s transplant program upon completion.
What You Need to Be Successful:
A Master of Science degree, with completion of an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program. Registered and currently recorded with the Maryland Board of Nursing, and certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the area of specialization. A minimum of one year experience as a Registered Nurse is required.
